Domestic shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days after purchase.

What is The Canvas’ return policy for online orders?

We accept returns for online orders within 10 days from the date of purchase.

What is The Canvas’ return policy for in-store?

We accept returns 14 days from purchase for in-store purchases.

What payment methods does The Canvas accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Square.

How do I apply to join The Canvas if I am a brand?

Brands that address at least one of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals may be considered to become a part of The Canvas community. Please find our application here. We ask that you be as detailed as possible in discussing your supply chain and provide supporting certifications, photos and documentation where possible and relevant. Transparency, not perfection, is what we look for during our brand assessments.
