In Swahili MOYO means 'heart/soul'. Because we like to pour our hearts in both people and products, making sure the workers’ wages are fair, the conditions are great, and that there is enough light where they spend most of their days.
About MOYO
In Swahili MOYO means 'heart/soul'. Because we like to pour our hearts in both people and products, making sure the workers’ wages are fair, the conditions are great, and that there is enough light where they spend most of their days.
At MOYO we use pure, up-cycled fabrics left over from big fashion houses and the local African print cotton. We want to produce and buy everything locally to stimulate job opportunities and promote the craftsmanship of the Kenyan hands.
By wearing MOYO, I hope you feel like you care not only about how you look like, but also the impact your clothes have on the overall environment.
